Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Claims Bridge ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, state, and your answers about the incident.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, and ad campaign details (for example, which ad you clicked).
- Cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, which help us measure how our ads perform.
How we use it
- To review whether a participating law firm may be able to help you.
- To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, in line with the consent you give.
- To keep records of your request and consent, as the law requires.
- To measure and improve our advertising. We never include your incident answers in advertising data.
Who we share it with
- A participating law firm that reviews cases like yours. The firm uses your information under its own privacy policy and professional duties.
- Service providers who host our website, store our records or handle calls for us, only so they can do that work.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information to marketers or data brokers.
Sensitive information
Because these cases involve sexual assault, we treat your answers as sensitive. Access is limited to our intake staff and the reviewing law firm. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling.
- Residents of California and some other states have extra rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know and to delete. We honor those requests.
To make a request, email hello@claimsbridgeusa.com. We respond within 30 days.
Keeping your information
We keep request records only as long as we need them for your review, our legal obligations and resolving disputes, then delete them.
Children
This site is for adults. A parent or legal guardian may submit a request on behalf of a minor.
Terms of use

- Using this site or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or any law firm. That only happens if you sign a written agreement with a firm.
- We can't promise that a firm will take your case or that you will receive any money. Every case is different.
- You agree to give truthful information. Submitting false claims may be unlawful.
- This site is attorney advertising in some states. Claims Bridge is not affiliated with Uber Technologies, Inc. or Lyft, Inc.
